It can be simply answered by stating:
Only those people who fulfil His Desire!
His Desire is to yield “A Perfected Society” into The Culmination.
This “perfected society” that shall have no pain or suffering for any of its members!

We now have the answer – simply defined, and yet presently, we are a ‘million miles’ away from that ideal state!
So how do we righteously get from “here” to “there”?
